I'm in a situation where I have needed to hire help. I pay a good wage and I can't keep help white, black, green or otherwise. yes it's hard work some days it's long, but I ask nothing of them I don't or won't do. I can't keep anyone longer than two weeks. I won't hire anyone without proof of citizenship, if I do I get in trouble. Maybe I have a jaded view but from where I am and where I see my taxes go, if your not here legally and not paying your way...leave
