We are to love our brother and although I love illegal aliens I have seen first hand (being a photojournalist)the damage done and heartache caused by some of them especially in drunk driving fatalities. I was at the Hernandez crash that killed Marcus Lassiter and the fiery Tellez crash that killed the Braswell father and son to name just two.
How do you hit someone,get out of your car to see the carnage and the people lying there dying and not help them? Worse yet- how do you run away?
I just wish El Pueblo and La Raza would work for their people in the Latino countries that the illegal aliens are fleeing from so wouldn't want to come to America except to visit. In other words , if Mexico, Honduras et. al. are so great why do they risk life and limb to come to our country knowing most Americans don't want them here?
By the way, the Israelites were Slaves in Egypt and did not break the Law to get into Egypt.

You're right. That's a terrible story and my heart breaks for you. Sounds like one of the loophole laws that screws you. I'm so so sorry and I commend you for staying strong. My husband and I will never feel safe until he becomes a citizen. We're even putting off having kids because of it. It's one the government's dirty little secrets...kind of like Hutto prison. Have you tried contacting major media outlets? If you can get all the other 26 people together you would have a huge story, escpecially since election is coming up. Both candidates have said they don't want to seperate families. See if they can prove it. If you need a good immigration lawyer you can email me at the email I mentioned. His prices are more than fair, at least compared to others. And he deals only with immigration. He was our lawyer.

I am truly saddened to hear of what you and your husband and children are having to endure. My husband is here as a permanent resident from Jamaica. I would be livid if he were sent back to die in that country, as he most certainly would since Chinese Jamaicans are prime targets for kidnappers since the 70's war going on against the government.
You are definitely in my thoughts. :)
