About me
I don’t lie, and I despise hypocrisy. I’m very patriotic and believe in following the Constitution. I live by the Golden Rule of treating others as I would want them to treat me.
While I was born and raised as a Christian, I’ve seen the light and realize religion is a farce. While there are some exceptions, most so-called Christians I’ve encountered are hypocrites and frauds. That seems especially true on GOLO. I do not believe that Vishnu, Amon-Ra, Poseidon, Thor, Jehovah, or any of the THOUSANDS of other gods are real. They are all man-made, nothing more than fictional spooks in the sky. Prayer doesn’t work. Bottom line is that there is no God. Sorry.
By the way, I’m pro-gun, pro-military, pro-Constitution, pro-death penalty, pro-democracy, and pro-“nuking” any country’s tail that messes with the United States of America. I’m slightly left of center with my political views, mostly because of my support of the United States Constitution and the related civil/human rights. I vote for both Democrats and Republicans.
I’m a firearm enthusiast. Use to hunt in my youth, but no longer have a desire for it. I do my hunting at Food Lion. I still like shooting. I ride motorcycles. I’ve been riding over 20 years. I drive a ski boat. While I do fish every now and then, I practice catch and release. Nothing wrong with keeping fish, I’m just too lazy to clean them. Did enough of that in my youth. I like to stargaze. I know how to fly an airplane. Once in a blue moon I dabble in poetry. I like to camp. Well basically, I like nature. I love sitting on a high mountain ridge while birds of prey float on the thermals about me.
NOTE for those requesting to be friends: I REALLY appreciate the “friend” requests. I’m not thumbing my nose at you by not accepting. I just don’t like those kind of features. I prefer a totally open forum. Besides, I get a kick out of having “no confirmed friends”. :)

Has anyone done a study on how long it’s going to take for us to recover from the disaster that President George Bush has created? Decades? A century? Ever?! And what about overlapping disasters (i.e. Clinton/Obama creating a disaster, but we’ve already in the previous Bush disaster). I can’t even fathom the fuzzy math, or voodoo economics needed to fix such a mess.

Sorry, I had forgotten you were one of those that don’t like honest, open debate, or anyone who might have a different opinion. While I’m very familiar with some lower lifeforms on this forum, such as tmedlin, I had forgotten you were the hypocrite that posted on my sites while censoring and deleting my comments on yours. If I had paid closer attention, I wouldn’t have given you the time of day given you don’t deal with honestly and true debate very well. Sorry for the trouble.

I have a tendency to flush out hypocrites and liars, and expose them to the light of day. Unfortunately that isn’t a small “class” out on GOLO. No, you didn’t BECOME a hypocrite, you were already one as demonstrated and proven by the last time you deleted my comments, all the while posting on my profile and blogs. Then you actually had the gall (or stupidity, you choose) to talk about hypocrisy! Sadly, blatant hypocrisy is a disease that infests GOLO to its core.
If you EVER find where I have been untruthful, hypocritical, etc., please do point it out. I’ll even send you a monetary award if you do.
I was being civil, asking honest questions. Then Oldschool FALSELY claimed I was “looking for ways to support the homosexuals”. Interesting that you let his lie stand, yet delete my response to it That’s deception, and typical of your “class”.

Well, while I love talking to you, I will not give in the “friends” “feature”, so I guess the only future contact will be if you initiate it, and follow it up on MY profile. Why would ANYONE issue a “friends only” directive? It’s like wearing a sign that says don’t talk to me unless I already know you. It only impedes the exchange of ideas and conversation. So sad.

For the record, the only thing I called you was a hypocrite (a proven one at that). Lower life form referred to another hypocrite. And now I’m calling you a liar. And yes, you ARE totally wrong. No need to visit thousands of websites to learn what censorship is. Just pick up a dictionary for spook’s sake! Censoring is stopping that which you find objectionable, such as an alternative opinion, or information that shows your true, unsavory colors.

Unlike you, I don’t censor or delete comments by others, even if I disagree with what they might say. I’ve always been logical and civil, and only respond defensively when attacked. I don’t draw first blood, but I will draw the last!

Complete and utter lies! Those posts were DIRECT answers to questions posted by other participants. One was answering Huck’s question on the Boy Scouts. You deleted them because you’re a hypocrite and didn’t agree with what I said, and you wanted to make sure I didn’t defend myself against what I assume you considered valid statements (such as Oldschool’s falsehood).

Note that is says nothing about the government, or partial versus whole, etc. So, if you say the Tarheels rule, and I find that objectionable and delete your comment, that’s censorship. I have censored your comment so that no one else can see it. When you delete a post to silence a voice, you are censoring the author of that post. It’s really that plain and simple. GOLO affords people, usually close minded people, the ability to do that.

She quickly characterized the dead dude as a “punk”, “thief”, claiming he “terrorized the woman and he tried to rob her”. But when it came to addressing negative comments against the driver, it magically changed to “all this is hypothesizing”, nobody “know all the FACTS”, calls for “letting the justice system work”, and this classic, ”Until I walk a mile in someone else's shoes...may I not judge”.

Regarding you know who, while I have seen the hypocrisy angle for a VERY long time, that was the first dishonesty that I noticed (not saying it hasn’t existed before). Truth be known, I’m glad I don’t have to tiptoe around the subject any more. Are you the Pike that she was threatening earlier? i.e. “Pike- …if I ever meet you in person I will mop the floor with your face”. I think her spouse is a cop, so I thought it kind of strange for her to be sending threats of physical violence, especially ones so publicly documented.
