Well, hmm I am usually pretty quite. I say what I mean, and mean what I say. I love making people smile. Im a single parent with two beautiful childern. I have 3 dogs and tring to become a breeder for the joy of it  and not to make money. I love animals and respect their feelings. I will be the first one to say Im sorry if I did something I shouldnt. I have a great BIG heart.

The Court has continuing power to modify custody orders "at any point in time". While it is not likely that a judge will deny all visitation, showing that the current arrangment puts the child at risk of physical or emotional harm the judge will often order supervised visitation. Some case law in North Carolina suggests that it may be appropriate for a child who is ten years old or older to assist the Judge in making a determination of custody. So as I said earlier, being that your son is 15, weight may be given to a child's preference for custody, however, it is in the Judge's sole discretion as to whether the child's testimony credible.

BTW, I am a single dad, and I have custody of my daughter.

good morning i went out on a boat saturday and cruised the sound some..found a remote island and tried to fish some. It was alot of fun, then soon headed back inland.Once i got back to my place, i heaeded to the sand in hopes of dropping a hook but the seas were way to rough to do any fishing. I do hope you enjoy your pool party.I'll be going back wed-sun to emerald isle.i didnt want to come home...lol :)

I went deep sea fishing one time. It was a blast. The thing is, i almost got sick..i was on the edge of one of those who stayed sick the whole time.LOL I took a nap OTW out to the gulf stream and when i awoke, i fished and was fine, and was good otw back in, but going out i felt kinda weezie and i guess i dont wanna take that chance again. I am thinking of senaking out of here and heading down now..LOL

you got it !!! Nah i would let you sit up front with us grown ups....LOL. I am hoping to catch something this weekend though, even if it is a beer buzz....lol. the problem with surf fishing is, if theirs little kids in the water, i don't fish.then i just sun bath and people watch, which is alot of fun as well. I will let you know how everything goes though. ty my friend :)

Im hoping this weekend will bring in some flounder. Last weekend all i was able to muster was snad sharks. The guy fishing beside me though was able to catch a flounder ,although it was illegal in size. Just hop in back of the ole dodge and tell to stick that job where the sun dont shine and vrrooomm off to EI you go...LOL

Hiya and a pleasure to meet you as well. :) Yes i love to surf fish. I'm headed to emerald isle this weekend to sink a hook or two.I used to do alot of creek and pond fishing but once i tried surf fishing, it had me hooked...LOL
