29. If you filed w/ turbo tax and had them take the filing fee out of your refund, you will be mailed a check. I don't know why this is, but it is.

Sorry it took so long to answer.
I paid the state fee up front. I think if you had the fee taken from your refund then that caused the delay.
My sister hasn't received hers yet and her number is 27. I believe she's in that same boat. I believe her fees were taken out of her income tax refund check back in Feb.
From what I understand she's getting a paper check.

I didn't say that. But the vast majority of people (not just voters) watch a lot of TV. We are influenced more than I think you care to admit by what we get drilled into our heads day in and day out on TV. And there is a percentage of us that ONLY gets information from TV. And how many votes did "W" win Florida by?
My point is there is a level of brainwashing going on for those of us that watch a lot of TV. Heck, I even bought into the caricature that they made Sarah Palin out to be. In my mind, she has become a bit of a joke, even though, truthfully, I don't know all that much about her. That didn't stop me from voting for McCain because anyone would be better than Obama to me.
