I don't know if we've met. It's nice to greet you on GOLO. Regards to your comment on the story about the NCCU student's body found on the side of the road-- Do you know who said he (the husband) was out at the crime scene looking weird??? And are you sure he did not try to report her missing before, but was not allowed to because there is a certain time frame that a person has to be missing before you can actually report them as missing? I think like 24 hrs? I've heard some stories from my friends and family members that attend NCCU, but I wasn't too sure of all the facts. Thank you in advance for your response.

I am not saying that this doesn't deserve coverage, or that it is not tragic. However, this is just another example of media frenzy due to the fact that Eve is such a "palatable" victim. My opinion is that all victims should be treated the same.
This is not a new phenomenon. Just because you are not well read on this issue does not make it invalid.
Also, I am not the only person irritated by this over-the-top coverage. I saw no similar front page-eulogy for the poor NCCU student that was murdered recently and dumped on 540. Most of the coverage was about the suspected culprit.
I think you need to spend more time paying attention to the media coverage of all murder victims over the next year and you will see what people are complaining about.
