My Hubby bought a bunch of twin packs of the Sure Jell...they were Buy One Get One Free. I am just learning all this stuff.
Ohhh do you know when and why you would use that wax??? Someone told me they always use the wax seals and I am not sure when or why because I never see that as part of the canning steps...

Bubbles that is what the several recipes I looked up say...the 75 minute cook time on low. Maybe to bring the flavors together as one??? Soften the peaches??? I am new and just learning this. One recipe had you put a stick of cinnamon and cloves in a cheese cloth bag and remove....others had add apples and raisens...etc. You can add things to this simple recipe and play but basically all showed 75 minute boiling time and add to jars...15 minute processing in the hot Bath Water.
It does make a great ice cream topping...other suggestions were pancakes or waffles.

Sunday night we went to the game and saw a beautiful baby girl. She was wearing a pink shirt, white pants with a pink stripe down the leg, pink and white shoes, plus a pink, rhinestone-studded barrette in her hair. An older woman came over and asked the mom if she was a girl baby or a boy. I immediately thought of you blog this summer. :-)

made it very clear the blog was in fun,,talked about my voices telling me to say this, not say that, arguing back and forth with my voices...it was a hoot!!
a bunch of folks came into the blog, laughing and cutting up, so did she, she was dying, thought it was hilarious...UNTIL

What was even worse was, when we all went to bed that night, I asked if everyone was done having fun in the blog, they said yeah, so I took the blog private.

I am still waiting for Stephanie's surgeon to call what we are doing about PT...PT have run out of things to do with her...she has been healing fast and they have even done what the Dr's Assisant says she was not suppose to be able to do yet BUT was long working on lateral exercises before she had seen him. Waiting game...BUT I am sure we will have to take her to Durham to see the Surgeon and he will have to see her progress for himself??? Not sure. She is not suppose to be able to do all this for 9 to 12 months BUT they test her and she tests higher in her operated knee then non-operated side...we tease her the Surgeon put in a bionic knee

I bet she is adorable. I have this CD that has a song to the tune of the muffin man that teaches the kids letters and letter sounds
do you know your letter sounds, do you know your letter sounds, they will help you learn to read, they will help you learn to read
apple apple, a a a (make the sound)
baby baby, b b b
and so on
usually by the time they are 3 or so, they recognize every letter of the alphabet and can identify the sounds. We make an alphabet book each year and just walk around singing the song whenever
the kids love it
