Last year I had to come home before the fireworks because I have a dog that just goes insane over the noise and for some reason last year her medication didn't knock her out like it was supposed to. Not sure what I'm going to do with her this year but I hope I get to see the fireworks. And my favorite saying is 'hope springs eternal'. :)

Yep, the policy is spreading across the school districts in the state. We were having trouble with parents sending happy meals to kids or bringing pizzas for a small group. Some kids felt left out; it also violates our nutrition policy.
I was amazed, though, that the teachers couldn't bring in subs from Subway, though.

I don't get head-butted often, very rarely, in fact, but the kiddo certainly has a set of pinchers on him! He'll grab a nostril or earllobe and twist in a heartbeat! And he thinks its funny to bite my face (he's trying to "kiss").
I'm glad you guys are doing good! Hope the busted lip gets better soon!

Yes we are fishing right around the corner from home...a Friend has 5 ponds on his property...3 in which we fish on. He has given us permission to come out as much as we want...just going out a couple hours for some rest and Family time.
