Hi, my name is Colette, I live in Raleigh, NC. I am a wife and mother of 3 beautiful children. I have lived fast and hard and learned well from past mistakes. If I had my life to do over again I would not change one thing. The Hell I have walked through has brought me to where I am today! And to me it was well worth the walk. My Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ is my rock who I shall never forsake. Because of his love, grace, and MERCY, I have survived when no one thought I would! I have buried my son CJ at the age 19, who was placed here on this earth to teach me how to love. Because of him, The lord has blessed me with his two little sisters, the oldest Gabby, had the opportunity of knowing her big brother for the first 14 mos of her life, the youngest Trinity, has never on earth known her brother personally, but knows about him through me and her sister. I am truely blessed, people tell me how sorry they are to hear of my loss, do not be sorry for me, because I know where my son is and I will see him again at the eastern gate. You see he was a born again christian and led his life as such. As I said he taught me more than I was able to teach him. He has given me the greastest gift a child that has to die can give a mother and that is the knowledge that he is with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

I wish when I had been raising my children there had been the internet we have today, it surely would have helped my sanity! And would have allowed me to enter a more mature outlet while being the stay at home Mom :)

Bless your heart on that age spread of the offspring - whew! That is hard. You have my emotional support and shoulder!
Yup, spent 10 years in MD, Montgomery County in fact, the land of multiple tax increases annually from municipal, county and state entities. We couldn't get out of there fast enough! Don't miss the gridlock either, people in Raleigh don't really understand how much worse it could be. Nothing like playing bumper tag in northern VA on I95 doing 70 mph with all 4 lanes packed and flying tight, one brake light and it ripples for miles. Ugh. Don't miss that. I took my son through there last year on a trip back to northern NY where I grew up, he's a superb driver but he was amazed how packed and fast that stretch was. If you can survive driving there, you're good anywhere, even NJ LOL! See you on the boards!!
