i actually just now saw your comment about my doberman Haggard and yes he was named after Merle Haggard! My husband is a Merle Haggard fanatic!

Hey Legs ... long time, no type. It's good to hear from you. And I agree with you on the neighborhood kids, but for me I wouldn't invite them in because I'm a bit alpha in my yard. I know, that's hard to believe. ;) But I enjoy my time so much that the only thing I could think to pay someone for is to weed for me, and that would take too much time to walk around and point out the good plants from the bad.

Legs- Peace! I would think getting anyone as a childhood gardener today would be a lucky thing. They actually have to be living near you, and willing to work as you said. Not to mention needing to be good at what they do and regularly committed. To get all of that is asking a lot in a way. Now, I fear all of the gardening has been turned over to foreign workers. -Henry M.
