Beer and Water
To my friends who enjoy a beer.. . And those who don't.
As Ben Franklin said:
In wine there is wisdom ,
In beer there is freedom ,
In water there is bacteria.
In a number of carefully controlled trials ,
Scientists have demonstrated that if we drink 1 litre of water each day ,
At the end of the year we would have absorbed more than
1 kilo of Escherichia coli ,
(E. Coli) - bacteria found in feces.
In other words , we are consuming
1 kilo of poop.
However , we do NOT run that risk when
Drinking beer & wine (or tequila , rum , whisky or other liquor) ,
Because alcohol has to go through a purification
Process of boiling , filtering and/or fermenting.
Remember:
Water = Poop , Beer = Health .
Therefore , it's better to drink beer and talk stupid ,
Than to drink water and be full of sh!t...

Remember I told you of the concern for one of our dogs (Magenta) because of thyroid issues? We found a wonderful vet who makes house calls because Magenta is tooooo fat to get into a vehicle. The bloodwork was just fine - no thyroid problems - she's just fat and needs to lose about 75 pounds. This is going to be a BIG challenge.

The Master Gardener from Heaven above
planted a seed in the Garden of Love.
And from it grew a rosebud small
that never had time to open at all.
For God in His perfect and all-wise way
chose this rose for His heavenly bouquet.
And great was the joy of this tiny rose
to be the one our Father chose
to leave earth's garden for one on high
where roses bloom and never die...
So, while we can't see our precious rose bloom,
We know the Great Gardener from the "Upper Room"
is watching and tending this wee rose with care,
tenderly touching each petal so fair...
We'll think of our darling with angels above
secure and content and surrounded by love.
And remember that God blessed and enriched
our lives too... for in dying our darling
brought Heaven closer to us.
