Beer and Water
To my friends who enjoy a beer.. . And those who don't.
As Ben Franklin said:

In beer there is freedom ,
In water there is bacteria.
In a number of carefully controlled trials ,
Scientists have demonstrated that if we drink 1 litre of water each day ,
At the end of the year we would have absorbed more than
1 kilo of Escherichia coli ,
(E. Coli) - bacteria found in feces.
In other words , we are consuming
1 kilo of poop.
However , we do NOT run that risk when
Drinking beer & wine (or tequila , rum , whisky or other liquor) ,
Because alcohol has to go through a purification
Process of boiling , filtering and/or fermenting.
Remember:
Water = Poop , Beer = Health .
Therefore , it's better to drink beer and talk stupid ,
Than to drink water and be full of sh!t...

I was reading back on the blogs and saw that you and your friends had suffered a terrible loss recently. Was this the same child that you had talked about a few months back...how he mooched food off you and generally seemed to not care about himself, others or life? You had been worried that he needed boundaries and tough love? It was as if you had seen a foreshadowing...
I am so sorry for you, him and his family. Some children just seem to wander off in the dark and get lost. It must be unbearable for his family right now. I am glad that they have a loving heart like yours to help them in their time of such pain.
