And yes... spices. If we go where we expect "spicey", we ask that it be made "extra so" - then it might have a little flavor. The folks in Mexican places think they're gonna hurt us, but many have commented that they cannot eat what we do!

Thanks for the post on my page about the naysayers and subways-mass transit. You are totally right, the people who oppose will be there first to use, but will still complain. I think there are just some people out there who thrive on being miserable within their own lives. These are the people who want it all, but don't want to pay for any of it.
