My weeked wasn't as relaxing as yours. I had to work and customers get on my nerves sometimes but I get over it. It was too hot to do anything really. I would have loved to walk Lake Johnson but I don't think that would have been a smart idea. So I stayed in and waited for the sun to go down to go back out and about. I heard that moveie was good. The hight light of my weekend was watching "The Rock of Love" ..LOL...I think that show is amusing.

I am in the West Raleigh area so Lake Johnson is really close. I enjoy the walking trails. But as I leave my apartment complex their are ducks that be in the roads holding up traffic..LOL..b/c no one wants to run them over. I think there is a pond in the area that they venture from. Someone in my apts have a pet chicken that I see from time to time walking around like it is a duck..LOL..it is the funniest thing.

A chicken in the house is not a pet..lol..my grandparents used to live in the country and they had chickens in the yard. Chickens doo doo a lot and it is very nasty and they can not be trained. I love to eat chicken but they are very nasty animals. But as far as the ducks on the road....hey just get one and skin it and cook it...do U realize how expensive duck is in a restaurant? :)

I am sure duck is expensive but I have no desire to eat Daffy or any of his friends. I am vegetarian. Sort of anyway. I will only eat seafood and turkey. And I know all about chickens and their poo. I am a country girl born and raised, so I have cleaned chicken coops before. The stench is incredible. Down the street from my house use to be a chicken coop and hog farm and that smell is the worse. Can't openup the windows and feel a cool breeze without letting the stench in. LOL

I have never been a tomato fan. I will eat it in a salad but not plain. I will eat a cucumber w/ salt. I have worked in tobacco. I drove the tractor for this farmer and the people was on the back pulling the tobacco leaves off the plants and I was driving like 3 mph and I fell asleep and ran over a whole row of tobacco..LOL..he was mad at me. I picked blue berries, I have shucked corn, shelled beans, picked beans in the garden. Worked in a garden. I lived like little house on the prairie. LOL

Actually, I would love to have a big house and live off the land. I would have turkeys and chickens and a cow for milk and butter. I would have all veggies. I would hire someone to tend it though. lol....you seem to be a very down to earth person. I have some friends that will not eat stuff out of a garden or a yard animal. I'm like how dumb can U be?

I dont like yard work. I despise it. I am hoping to be married when I buy my house so I dont hve to mow the yard or plant flowers or trees and stuff. LOL..I am lazy at yard work. I like to think I am down to earth. Open and upfront. Kind of rude and abrupt. I don't mean to be. That is just my personality at times. I am sorry for getting on your nerves last week. LOL..I know I can be annoying, bothersome, picky, etc, etc, etc. Those things I know. I am working on it. Again, I apologize. It won't happen again. 8-)

I have been known to be mean in my younger years but now I am more reserved and calm. Young people are stubborn by nature. They can't listen b/c they think they know everything. I know how my cousins are. I make my point and I move on. I am not one for repeating myself. I pray that when I do have children that they dont take on my habits and my ways. If so, I am going to be in a world of trouble..LOL

Thank you for visiting! I would honestly love your input. I'm trying to be as honest as possible, even by including a not so stellar response I've made to a recent situation. While I'm not proud of myself, I'm willing to be honest if it will provide an outlet for discussion. Hey Darrell you stated - gopanthers...my supervisor makes this egg and grits dish that is awesome. You have to bake it in the overn. Are you for real or just pulling my leg? If your for real - I love to cook and experiment with different dishes. If this is true do you have the receipe or know just how to prepare this dish.. I'll try it out and give you some. LOL - I see you like House. That is my favorite show to. That and Bones. They now come on back to back on Tuesday Nights. I never miss an episode. If I'm out I make sure I set Tivo to tape them. Like I said never miss an episode! P.S. - I'm on WRAL often and see you post many times. Most of the time I truly enjoy your comments. Keep up the good work.
