Most of you may know me from my high school sports coverage on WRAL.com, but I am also keeping sports blog on GOLO. To view my GOLO blog, just click on the menu at the top right of my profile.

I do a lot more than work, though.
I am avid sports fan - but my favorites are NCAA Basketball & Football. I am a graduate of Green Hope High School in Cary, NC, and I am currently a student at NC State University. I am majoring in Communications-Media with two minors in Coaching Education and Journalism, and I plan on going into sports media of some kind (written, radio, tv, not sure which one(s)).
I enjoy hanging out with friends, singing karaoke (I'm not very good), going to country concerts, playing games, NCAA Football 08 for XBOX 360 (again, not very good), Guitar Hero, politics, and just having fun.

Don't let people rent space in your head.
Youth and experience are two different things. You were primarily (at least initially) being attacked regarding your experience. You set the record straight on that pretty good I thought.
After qualifying your experience you probably should have let "grant" drift on off into cyber space.
Nothing wrong with a debate but you can't make the blind see.
I am a "heels" fan and have been since the late sixties, but I would be the first to tell you or anyone willing to listen they have stolen many games. I would follow that up by saying some of the apparently "stolen" games have fallen that way due to pure "true grit". In any given year, the lowest ranked team will play the game of thier collecive lives against the "heels". Carolina has a way of bringing out the best of the worst. Just a thought.
Keep up the good work, you're doing just fine.

Believe it or not, I think it's worse among high school athletics because it's all local. But sports brings out topics in politics - for example, the current Tiger Woods stuff going on.
