Many misunderstand what I share because I don't come from a "religious" background; I'm not filled with the doctrine and dogma of churches which is sometimes right, but is often wrong.
I didn't learn The Bible at the knee of some preacher who told me what it said (or what his order told him to tell me that it said). I took Biblical research classes to learn how to study The Bible so I could read it for myself - so that I could learn what God inspired holy men to speak, not what others have determined, rightly or wrongly, that He inspired those holy men to say.
What I share sometimes doesn't align with mainstream Christian religions which often wrongly teach Biblical scripture and precepts.
If you find yourself puzzled or disagreeing with what I'm sharing, pick The Book up and study it for yourself - really study it like 2 Timothy 2:15 above says, so that you to may learn how to rightly divide the word of truth.
I know what I know, not what someone else told me to know.
I urge you to go and do so also.

He hasn't totally associated cans with food as canned pet food is a luxury reserved for holidays, birthdays or stressful days--like after a vet visit. I'd roll over laughing if he started circling a can of corn yowling about it. :D

That being said, I now know that unattended food will be tasted and more then likely consumed by him. He also opened up a pizza box and dragged a slice of pizza to a corner where he picked off all the mushroom etc and ate the cheese. That really upset the dog because she counts herself lucky to get a crust and there was the kitten with a whole slice of pizza in the corner. Savannah went to go help Dexter eat that pizza and learned never to mess with Dexter and his food. I went to go investigate why there was a civil war going in my living room and discovered the great pizza heist. Never a dull moment at my place. :D

No biggie...I was certainly NOT trying to get something started and I have the greatest respect for these fallen warriors.
I would never do something to offend them or their families. Perhaps I was not clear in my intent, but I fear these returning soldiers and airmen will see their deaths used for political agendas. I would find that situation morally disgusting.

The wife beating question was related to the fallacy of the complex question - it's an example of a question that has no good answer.
"Yes" amswer means you used to beat her
"No" answer means you still are.
I wasn't actually suggesting he beat his wife (I don't even know if he's married).
