I am the Managing Editor of GOLO. I've worked in broadcast, print and online news for 15 years in multiple markets including Cleveland, Tampa, West Palm Beach and Ft. Lauderdale. I moved to the area with my family in February 2007 and have had the pleasure of watching this community grow from its infancy.

Quick question? Why can I not see the groups I am apart of on my page anymore? I have to actually go into my groups icon to click on the specific group. When I used to be able to actually just click on it directly from my page. Does that make sense? LOL.

I do wonder, though, if accusing folks you don't agree with of "hating America first" really promotes any type of civil discussion on GOLO. Seems to me it is just meant to incite and invite name calling and disagreement.

you know i am not one to complain about much of anything. I Rarely give a #### well you know about much of anything. I just posted a blog about email signatures and was curious as to what other people used as theirs.
1) The photo was not offensive by NO means
2) The comments were not tasteless
3) The blog was not tasteless
Now please enlighten me on WHY this blog was pulled?

I posted a blog this morning that I had second thoughts about so I hid it. I wanted to know if there is a way to delete our own blog posts. The blog itself I think was tasteful but it touched on a topic that inspired some sophomoric comments. I should have known better.

As for the name change, my son sang that song by Brad Paisley "I'm so much cooler online" when I was laughing at the antics on golo the other day and he wanted to know what I was literally laughing out loud over. When I tried to explain it to him, he just sang louder and louder. So I gave up.
I thought it would be funny to put it in my name for a day or so
