I am the Managing Editor of GOLO. I've worked in broadcast, print and online news for 15 years in multiple markets including Cleveland, Tampa, West Palm Beach and Ft. Lauderdale. I moved to the area with my family in February 2007 and have had the pleasure of watching this community grow from its infancy.
There is still so much more to come here at GOLO, so stay tuned. I think you're gonna like it here.

Well, so be it Angela, but basically I enjoy the "my name NEVER changes" posters as well as not having to participate in some of the blocks/promotions/going private/friends only/who IS this poster TODAY? and more stuff that comes with a profile.
Different strokes for different folks, but I kinda resent some insinuations that I am "bad" or something because ole FE has no GOLO profile. This is aside from the fact I was reading/posting here LONG before GOLO ever came into existence. The original WRAL boards worked EXTREMELY well, and were much more civil, before GOLO ever began.

I'm glad you incorporated the Ignore feature in Golo, will allow people to taylor what they want out of it. And if they get bored can always Un-ignore the drama they originally ignored.

How is it that KimLovesDogs can get booted and come back 5-6 different times with different names, get flagged for attacks again and still be allowed to stay on GOLO when almost a dozen members know who it is and that they've been booted.

I have not bothered Jack! He only wishes he had someone following him around. I am fed up with him. Apparently when he quit drinking, he also quit thinking. He goes around accusing non-profile posters of being me and talking junk to others about how I have multiple ID's and how I am following him around. If you will check my comment history, you will see that I have not bothered him. He ain't worth it!

Quick question? Why can I not see the groups I am apart of on my page anymore? I have to actually go into my groups icon to click on the specific group. When I used to be able to actually just click on it directly from my page. Does that make sense? LOL.
