canning and freezing
What do you do when you grow so much of our own...can and freeze. Scott, Children, and I spent the day making our first Jam out of Blackberries grown in the yard, making sweet pickles, and freezing more beans. Oh and I may add the Children and Scott had a lot of fun taste testing especially the Blackberry Jam *LOL* 14 cups of sugar later between the pickles and Jam...end process was Oh So Sweet!!!
