illegal immigration

We've touched on some questions on illegal immigration. Here's Buckeye's comprehensive immigration reform.
1. Amend the U.S. Consitution to give U.S. Citizenship to those born to U.S. Citizens. Children born immigrants (legal and illegal) would have the same citizenship status of their parents. If a parent is naturalized before the child born in the U.S. is 18, the child would be naturalized as well.
2. Impose criminal and civil fines to include imprisonment to any employer or representative who KNOWINGLY hires an illegal immigrant. E-verify is already in place. Once an employer is notified that a social security number is in question, give the employee 90 days to address the discrepency. After 90 days, report the employee to ICE. $10,000 fine and 1 year jail time per offense should do the trick.
3. Require proof of legal residency of any child/adult attending public schools, colleges and university.
4. Require proof of legal residency for any application of entitlement benefits.
5. Make people smuggling a federal offense with a sentence of about 20 years per person smuggled.
6. Put our military on both borders and all ports.
7. Do away with press '1' for English. Print ALL government forms and documents and English. This is America. If you want to speak, Spanish go to where they speak Spanish! In America, we speak English!
8. Any illegal immigrant who have been deported and later found in the U.S. be jailed for 10 years to hard labor. They want to work. We'll put them to work! Starting with that fence on our southern border.
9. Once all of the jobs and benefits that went to illegals dry up, those remaining will self-deport.
As to all of those jobs that many Americans that will be available once the illegals are gone? Those oxygen thieves setting around collecting welfare can do them.

Moral: the first one to cross the finish line is the winner, unless you cheated to get there.

Maybe, but the people in control are utter morons. As hard as it is too believe, they are worse than their predecessors.
