GO!!!
Most things begin with an itty bitty thing, and an itty-bitty thing can stop or start an entire process. For instance, both the male sperm and the female egg are so small that no human eyesight can see them; they are itty-bitty things, both required for procreation.
The beginnings of most things, good or bad, are itty-bitty things. Most arguments and disagreements begin with an itty bitty thing. Most affairs or marriages begin do.; a sideward glance held a fraction of a second longer than necessary, a casual brush of clothing, a hello with a bit more bounce per ounce, a smile.
Itty-Bitty things.
When you find out the true story, you discover that most divorces begin with itty-bitty things. What kids will remember most about their early childhood will be an itty-bitty thing to an adult.
What itty bitty thing do you remember in childhood/teenagehood that ended up making the biggest impact on your life?
HAVE FUN - And remember, inappropriate comments will be promptly deleted.
God bless.

I was coming down from upstairs when I heard my name mentioned, so I stopped to listen. I heard my aunt ask my Gran, "So have you been having any trouble with Rose?" Gran said, "No, nothing that's not normal for a kid her age." My aunt said, "I haven't either. I can't understand why Mary and Ray always say she's such a bad kid when what she does is normal for a kid her age." Gran agreed.
Up til that point, I had never considered myself "normal." I thought I was bad and that nothing I'd ever do would make me any better. I thought that no matter how hard I tried, I'd always be bad, so why even try.
Hearing them say I was "normal" changed my life because I realized there was a reason to keep trying.

My cousin Jack jumped on a landmine in Nam to save the lives of the rest of his platoon.
I also lost several high school classmates in Nam.
I joined the Marines because my dad was a former Marine, but why I joined the military was to see if Jack had died in vain.
Except for saving the lives of almost a dozen other men, he had, thanks to good old LBJ.
God bless.

God bless.

I hope not.
I'd like to think the majority of us here on GOLO are adults, but yeah - sometimes that's like spitting into a windstorm.
God bless.
