Published Nov. 9, 2009Views: 357
According to criminal complaints, Robert E. Lee, 57, of 1902 H St., came into the CVS pharmacy, 2425 Muscatine Ave. at 4:17 p.m. Police said Lee walked to the front area of the store, lifted up his shirt, dropped his pants and defecated on the floor.
When Lee was finished, he walked out of the store, police said.
When police talked with Lee, they said he smelled of alcohol, had unsteady balance and his speech was slurred. He had a blood-alcohol content of .24, three times the legal limit to operate a vehicle in Iowa.
A manager at CVS said it would cost less than $200 to clean up the feces. Lee was charged with fifth-degree criminal mischief and public intoxication, both simple misdemeanors

Lee's daughters never married. I know he had at least one grandson but the line may have died out.
