Estimates range from 3 to 7% (not .1%).

Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ never said "thou shalt bomb a federal building, killing innocent children, women, and men."
So Tim McVeigh wasn't a Christian.
I don't care what he or others call themselves, that's just their delusion.
99.9% of Muslims are perfectly peaceful people. I disagree with them, of course, but I don't condemn them - I try to convert them thru rational discussion.
We really need to leave out "muslim" (SIC) in these discussions and call people that do these things what they are - terrorists. This radical Jihadists have killed 100 times more of their fellow countrymen than us, and Muslims hate them passionately.
We're talking about less than 1% of the world's over-one-billion practicing Muslims here, folks. Don't fan race-hatred or nationality-hatred - if we do that, it's chaos.
And hopefully there will be public execution for this vermin.

wow...i'm not exactly a lefty, or a righty for that matter, but sheesh. i couldn't imagine it any other way. the presumption of innocence is heavily embedded in our legal system, and i am glad that it is.

ummmmmm---you know this is America right? Our entire Constitutional legal system is based around that idea. If you wanted to post on the N. Korean message boards, you are in the wrong place....

Isn't that an absolutely key part of the US justice system?

That is classic! And yet the left are called un-American??!!
Here's how this will play out. He DOES have rights as he is an American citizen. He WILL stand trial. If found guilty (which he most definitely will) he WILL be executed.
Where the heck is your problem with that? You seriously want to forsake the whole trial part? I don't get the angle here.
