Insurance companies can deny you for injuries regardless of how they are received. If its the issue I'm thinking of, the woman was beaten by her husband and caused a neck injury. While tragic, she did not have insurance at the time, and when she got a new provider they would not cover the neck injury.
If she had fallen down the steps, been in a car wreck, or had received the neck injury from multiple other reasons she still would be denied. But I guess that reality doesn't play on peoples emotions as well as the myth of "denied because she was beaten by here husband".

You will NEVER find such a quote from GWB or Karl Rove, because neither are Maoists, although reading Mao to understand the machinations of an evil Communist is helpful to the leadership of a free country.
This argument illustrates why I'll never be a Leftist. I refuse to live in a state of denial and, well, deny the obvious.

"The third lesson and tip actually comes from two of my favorite political philosophers: Mao Tse-tung and Mother Theresa -- not often coupled with each other, but the two people I turn to most to basically deliver a simple point which is 'you're going to make choices; you're going to challenge; you're going to say why not; you're going to figure out how to do things that have never been done before.'"
Using a quote to make the point that you should be true to yourself is hardly worship. It's certainly not any worse than Bush recommending a biography to Karl Rove.

BTW, Karl Rove once said this about George W. Bush: "We recommended volumes to each other (for example, he encouraged me to read a Mao biography)."
lol. Um, yes. It is garbage. I've read Marx. I've read Lenin. I read Hitler. I have never in my life quoted any of them with favor. I have never in my life claimed any of them are one of my favorite "political philosophers".
To say someone recommends that you know the face of evil is far different from someone embracing evil for themselves.
Try again.

And you call the alleged Bush quote pure unadulterated garbage? For shame.
