Circumstances: On June 30, 1995 this child was a passenger in a van involved in a fatal accident in Greensville Co., Virginia, that killed him and the driver. He didn't have any identification on him and the family of the driver did not know who he was. His estimated age based on a radiographic review is 16-21 years old. The photograph on the left is a computer-generated facial reconstruction done by a forensic artist at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Another rendition by the artist of the victim with a pony-tail; a home-made tattoo of a star on his left arm; the blue jeans, a necklace he was wearing and a yellow disposable lighter found in his pocket; and the red concert T-shirt of the "Grateful Dead," "Tour 30th Anniversary 1995" worn by the victim.
