"I will hug him and squeeze him and call him George, hi George"
A while back we heard this noise comng from the trees across the street. Jody thought it was a bird. It was up there in that pine tree for almost two days. The more we heard it the more it seemed like it wasn't a bird. Upon investigation, Jody discovered it was a kitten, about 6-8 weeks old, way up in this pine tree. Jody's son climed the tree and rescued him. When they brought him in the house we were amazed at how affectionate he was. We fed him (he ate like he hadn't been fed in a very long time, gobbling up his can of Fancy Feast in short order).
We were planning to just care for him until we could find a home but the little bugger creeped his way into everyone's hearts. I'm not sure who's cat he is, ,mine or Jody's (lol)

Something probably scared the poor thing up the tree. Then it was too scared to try to get down. I don't know how many trees my brother's climbed to get young cats down.
