Actually I agree with her....hero worship is unwise at anytime and certainly is a little premature in Obama's case. Original post below. Question did they ever do songs in school about Reagan or Bushs 1 and 2?

I'm sorry, but not only is this creepy, but somebody needs to put a stop to it.
Teacher's union is totally out of control...along with Dept. of Education...
I can't wait to see videos from NC. I'm sure they exist.
The link has the youtube videos, but it also has the transcripts of the songs, etc. So everyone will be able to "enjoy" them...

Yes I can. There are some teacher that won't teach evolution and want prayers in church so a song about W or Reagan would be no problem at all.....In fact I seem to recall something a little like it in the "Jesus Camp" movie.

Can you ever see a teachers organization voluntarily heaping praise on a conservative politician? The peer pressure on any teacher who proposed such a thing would be unbearable.
