creedmoor's main street celebrate halloween 10-30-09

Tonight we took Matthew and his Friend Calvin to Main Street in Creedmoor where the local businesses got to have some Halloween Fun!!! Each Business gave out treats to the Trick or Treaters!!! Family Fun, Safe Treating, even Hot Dogs grilled by the Dentist complete with a toothbrush for after an evening of eating treats. Mayor Moss was at the Police Station along with the Commissioner to give out candy and hello to the people!!! Danny...the newly sworn in Magistrate was also there to talk with everyone who came into Town. The Fire Department had a truck and a Haunted House set up for many scares and screams!!! Police Officers lined the street to cross everyone safely. It was wonderful to see the Town come together and celebrate!!!
This is not me pictured...just someone walking down the street which I loved the creative costume and asked if I could take a picture...she was sweet enough to say Yes!!!

(it was really good food and they made over $2200.00 for a students family whose house burned and had no insurance - YAY)

I agree...when it comes to giving and such...there is a GREAT Community effort to help people.

They had Sonic night last night for the family but I don't know how much they made from that.
