quick question

I am running so far behind and was going to make meatlof and mac and chesse for dinner but one cooks at 400 degrees and the other at 375..... The mac and chesse is at 375 and suppose to cook for 45 min.. so if I put it in at 400 how much to I reduce the cooking time???? thanks
