Hey, can someone ask him, for the record, why did the State overspend an incredible amount of money on hay during the drought?!?
After many letters to the Ag Folks, I still don't have an answer. I just want them to admit that they did, in fact, pay too much for hay and say that they'll never, ever do it again. That's not asking for too much, is it?
