RALEIGH — As a mom who typically goes to Party City to get costumes for my children, I'm thinking that this Halloween might be the year to opt-out and use my own creativity to create something they'll love.
But I am a novice and I know that there are many crafty folks on GOLO who have probably been making costumes for years and could help us all a great deal.
