The report claims that traffic at the U2 concert was not due to poor planning- what a CROCK!!! The ENTIRE fairgrounds were empty and not utilized for parking- what a huge mistake! Someone should take the blame for this nonsense. We were lucky to park over a mile away and walk there in time to have only missed the first 3 songs. And charging people $20 to park in non-existent spots after waiting in traffic forever?
Sorry, I just had to vent. It was a disaster. I've had an easier time parking for the fair during a home NC State game. There was no excuse for this.
