it's oct 1...an update from ernie3

Hey, Everyone!
It is Oct 1! We have now moved into a trailer on our lot in the back yard. Our first night was this past Monday night. We have been moving from the hotel since the end of last week. However, we had 2 funerals in a week's time of church members that are close to us. My old house is completely demolished. Only thing standing is a chimney and rubble all around it which should be cleaned up today. I am now back at work at of today....full time! Yeah! I got my 2 felines from the pastor's house last night and my 'home' cats have NOT accepted them yet! I guess about 80 days gone makes one forget who your relative is! Our modular home builder says if all goes well, we should celebrate Thanksgiving in our new home. I don't count my chickens before they hatch as I have had pet chickens in the past and all eggs didn't hatch!! Things are beginning to work slowly, but, surely. Thanks for the prayers, emails and all kinds of comminicates. Love you all! Ernie

Sorry to hear of more losses for you but thrilled for you with work, housing and so many other things moving along so well.
