IF I am injured on the job at my work, even from a criminal, an if it isn't my boss's fault, then my sick days will come to an end, my other coverage, and I will be terminated like anyone else. My boss ain't my daddy. Don't know what a crook shooting me has to do with that at all. Hopefully, I and this man will be back able to work before six months is up, and if not, then hope to get on disability via SS.
The bad think about disability is that they almost always deny the first claim, and yes, you have to be out of work 6 months and totally and permanently disabled to do YOUR job. The other is one I suspect is that when you have an attorney, they stretch it out since they get a certain percentage and hold on for the bigger amount...maybe.
I don't see that because a crook shoots a worker, Honey baked owes him a job forever. Benefits are all spelled out.
How about the Dominoes driver? no one going to eat dominoes?

I had the devil of a time finding it cause they literally buried it in their website.
