pizza deliveryman severely beaten during robbery

Garner police arrested a man Friday after a Papa John's pizza deliveryman was severely beaten and robbed at an apartment complex Thursday evening.
I would give a weeks pay for him to be in my front yard with a flat tire. I would wear out a nine plait bull whip on him befroe I started the other. Feeding him to the snapping turtles would be last. He would be tendorized by then.
