controversial film viewing at nc state university
Published Aug. 25, 2009Views: 456
Tucker Max, author of I Hope they Serve Beer in Hell has a planned viewing of his controversial film named after his book, at NC State University Wednesday afternoon. This movie is composed of stories of encounters by Max, and his sexual encounters with several women. In this movie, women are disgraced and are used as sexual objects, for Max’s pleasure. He commits many acts that are not only despicable, but, at many times, are illegal. Despite a call from the women’s center at NC State, the movie is still planned for Wednesday afternoon, and the Women’s center has requested candlelight vigils and a silent protest scheduled for before and after the film’s viewing.

By the way, I'm sure Max's blog will be updated in the next week or so where he will undoubtedly brag about "scoring" with one of the protesters.

Most of the daytime soap operas and Lifetime/LMN melodramas are based on this same stereotypical premise. Yet where's the outrage?
