what kind of bird is this?

This afternoon, there has been a mysterious bird flying around the backyard. It's yellow, but much larger than the typical goldfinch. Also, this mystery bird has a rusty-orange/yellow coloring. This is the ONLY picture I have been able to snap so far, though.
Earlier, it was in the bird bath with a couple of robins. (As a side note, there was a group of young robins prancing through the backyard earlier).
