August 22nd, Saturday at 2:00, we will be meeting at Oakwood Cemetery in Raleigh. We've already been there a couple of times, but once we were rained out. http://www.historicoakwoodcemetery.com/
Also, if anyone would be interested in making a short road trip to Wilmington, I would love to go back to Oakdale Cemetery. http://www.oakdalecemetery.org/ It has 165 acres! Don and I went there a few weeks ago, but the place is huge and it was unbelievably hot, so we didn't stay long. If we go, we will be going to eat lunch at Something Fishy, which has wonderful seafood at very reasonable prices! Sandra Carrington-Smith, her husband and The Rev RB joined us there, when we all visited the Battleship. Of course, if you decide to join us, you can eat where ever you like, but Something Fishy is only about 10 minutes, give or take, from Oakdale Cemetery.

Sandra, that's ok. I am hoping we'll have more different things to do, with suggestions. So, maybe you can make one of those.
