John Conyers said it best: "What good is reading the bill if it’s a thousand pages and you don’t have two days and two lawyers to find out what it means after you read the bill?". One would hope that AT LEAST the House Judiciary Chair would understand legislation that affects 1/6 of the American economy before he voted on it, but I guess logic doesn't count if you're a Democrat.
