How much land?
We have a 1500 SF doublewide on 2 acres of our own land.

On the house/acreage thingy. 3100 sq feet (don't know about the screened in porch and deck, haven't a clue what that would add to it) and we have 3.97 acres in a cul-de-sac, two of them wooded.

Although, one is going to be sold. Heck we only have a two car garage here! Enough pad outside the doors for 4 across, the rest are on the lawn. Fortunately you can't see our house from the street because the trees at the top third of the driveway block the view in summer bloom time. And the driveway is 300 feet long so even in the fall you can't see all of it.
It's crazy I tell you! Oh, and add a motorcycle (son's) and a motocross dirt bike (also son's) and we're up to our eyeballs in motors/wheels.

I have an end-unit townhouse with a most excellent water view, plenty of mature trees and easy access to the greenway.
2226 sq. ft. on 3 stories. ;)
Oh... and more cars than my HOA allows, sadly. LOL!

We got an exceptional deal on the purchase (40% under the initial listing price). It's funny though, everything here in Europe is metric, so the area of the house was cited in all the documents in square meters (1280 square meters). The land was listed in hectares. I had never thought to figure out what that was in sq. ft. and acres until this blog came along. - LOL

About 2 acres have invisible fencing to keep the pups safe and keep me busy mowing and weedeating all summer! My Granny lived here before me and she planted hundreds of azaleas and camellias-of all the places I've been, there is still no place like home
