Ok, it happened yesterday. Interesting nonetheless:
In Sterling, CO on July 5, 2009, a monsterous thunderstorm produced a variety of nasty weather phenomena including:
- pea to marble size hail that drifted up to two feet!
- heavy rain that, in conjunction with the drain-clogging hail, flooded some of the town's streets to up to two feet.
- winds that knocked down trees.
- funnel clouds
