hmmmm.... if you want your old id, you should be able to edit your screen name on that old profile, to make it blondi....
A part of the email addy will appear on the green golo bar at the top of the browser, but your screen name should show on the posts. However, I have heard of several people who had a problem similar to this...

I am in contact with a few off of golo and we use our real names, but for me I don't care if you call me my golo name or real one since its on my profile..
