ncdot to widen i-40 in cary from 2 to 3 lanes, but...

Why not build the 4th lanes NOW while you are mucking up the road!?!?!? Seriously, I hate the NCDOT! This is just dumb, and it's a waste of time and money to only add one lane in each direction when you are gonna have to spend more money in the future to add the 4th lane you already you need NOW.
