ribs on the grill...

Good morning everyone!!!! I am cooking ribs on the grill tonight...And dont really know how. Any suggestions? I have them soaking in a sauce I made. Normally I would boil them first...But I forget. Do I cook them on low heat and for how long??? Thanks for the help!!!! Hope you all have a great day.

Start with a rub. I use about a half cup of brown sugar, red and black pepper, dry mustard and whatever else strikes my fancy. I pat it into the meat and lay them out on tinfoil. Crimp the tinfoil together and then pour a half a can of beer in. Slosh it around just a little. (I use a darker beer - my fav is Foster's bitter b/c it comes in a big can so I get to drink the rest. Justin Wilson, eat your heart out.)
Anyway - be careful not to puncture the foil. Put them in the oven (I use a baking sheet to avoid punctures) and heat at about 225 to 250 for several hours. You can tell they are done when the tips of the bones are visible.
Then brown them indirectly using low coals with some hickory chips tossed on for smoke. (You're really only smoking them.) Add sauce. Enjoy.
