texting while driving -twd

Why is it that people feel so compelled to stay in touch with others while they're driving? This is just a prime example of how selfish people can be while TWD'n. Put down the phone and drive people. It's that simple. There is nothing that important to risk the safety of others, while you feel it so necessary to text while driving. I just happened to see this article on yahoo and it kinda set me off. Sorry for the rant but, I saw someone doing this on my way to work this morning. ID10T!

Uh what if it's required in our job too? An don't try to tell me you guys get "special" training, I've been run off the road by that special training more than once while they were nosing thru the pc or doing who knows what. Besides that I highly respect the job you do, thank you.

If the phone is in your hand, and you're distracted, and you have bad driving including weaving or causing some other issue, I'm just going to write you for reckless.
