I think they have more than a few pieces missing and I agree with Charles on this being solved. If they happen to lock up the right one who may know something about it and who wants to make a deal then they may find a person. I think that person is long gone from this area.

The reason I say this is not the diligence of the police, but rather the random nature of the area she was murdered: it is aside the Beltline, near known vagrant areas and near high-crime areas with a great deal of gang activity.
