if you could talk to your 21-year-old self, what advice would you give?

Here's something for you to ponder GOLO. What do you know now that would have made a big difference in your life, had you known when you were 21?
It doesn't have to be anything earth sahttering. Just tell us what you think would have made a difference for you.
I for one, would tell myself to start investing in the stock market ASAP and do everything my financial planner said.
I didn't start until I was about 26 and it would have made a big difference.
I also would tell my 21-year-old self to buy a house as soon as I could.
How about you?
