what do you love most about your pet?

Because it's no politics Monday...
I have a miniature dachshund, Molly, who I adopted 2 summers ago from dachshund rescue. For the most part, she is an absolute sweetheart. She thinks she is a pit-bull, but she's terrified of all other dogs (and cats) whenever she meets them. Molly loves playing with her tennis ball, playing fetch and chasing squirrels. She goes crazy each evening when I return home from work and no matter how bad the day has been, it is all over when I see her. The only place she likes to be when I am at home is on my lap. Molly also takes after me, she likes to travel and is well behaved when we fly. She doesn't mind being in her carrier under the seat in front of me as long as she knows I'm still there.

Our newest member - Meeko, he's a nut. Would have been better named Denis the Menace. But that's what I love about him. He was also a rescue/ stray - Husky/ Shephard mix, approx 1 year old. If I could just get him to stop chewing on everything! LOL
