I just went out to take a few pictures and noticed the snow had piled up on my outdoor table. I took out my yard stick and lo and behold, it's over 6.5 inces of snow!!
It's still snowing down here between Clayton and Smithfield and the kids in the neighborhood are having a ball. My 'kids' are lounging in front of the fire and on the couch after romping in the snow for about 10 minutes.
I don't think that either has ever seen snow, since they raced in Florida. Duncan was pushing his nose down into the snow, snorting, and then bolting off. Diego started chasing him and the "race was on".
We hope that everyone is enjoying their snow day. I sympathize with those of you at work...my hubby is at work, too.
