Just got home from a 2 hour and 45 minute wait at the PictureMe Portrait Studio inside Wal-Mart on New Bern Avenue. I went there to pick up my children's Christmas pictures. I arrived at 9:50am to see that they don't open until 10am. No problem. I can wait since I didn't call ahead to find out what time they opened. No problem.
Two other ladies walked up - one to pick up her pictures also and one to have her grandson's pictures taken. At 9:30am, we started calling the customer comment line, to see what was going on. The older lady with her grandson gave up and went to Wal-Mart on New Hope Church Road.
After 3 more calls to the customer comment line, being hung up on TWICE byt the same person and calling 411 to get the corporate number, a very nice, apologetic lady came flying in. She asked that we not rip her a new one since she didn't work at this particular studio and to please be patient while she called tech support to get set up in the computer. She was very nice, courteous and understanding to our situations
Needless to say, I will NOT be using the portrait studio at the New Ber Avenue Wal-Mart again.
